The 1-year limited warranty applies to the following Roberts specialty adhesives:
- 1406, 2072, 4002, 5900, 7250, 7500, 8015, 8200, 8502, 8799, SR90
Warranty Coverage and Exclusions
Coverage: Roberts will provide a replacement product and pay reasonable costs for material and labor for the specific part of the installation requiring replacement, subject to Roberts' discretion.
Exclusions: The warranty does not cover:
- Structural failures or improper subfloor preparation.
- Improper labor, storage, or maintenance.
- Products not sold as first quality.
- Damage from moisture, water, or excessive alkali.
- Acts of God (hurricanes, floods, earthquakes).
- Normal wear and tear or damage from misuse/abuse.

How to File a Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, follow these steps:
