Descaling
Descale the kettle regularly, at least monthly, using a proprietary descaler. Follow the instructions provided with the descaler. Failure to descale may result in repair charges if faults occur due to scale buildup.
Boil Dry Protection
If the kettle boils dry, a safety cut-out device will automatically switch it off. If this happens, unplug the kettle and allow it to cool down until the cut-out resets itself. Avoid boiling dry, as it shortens the life of the heating element.
