This document provides installation and maintenance instructions for the Sanela SLP 02K and SLP 02KZ infrared flushing units. These units are designed for automatic urinal flushing. Installation
The installation process involves mounting the unit into the wall and connecting the water supply and power. Ensure a minimum distance of 200 mm is maintained. The system operates on 24V DC. For the SLP 02KZ model, ensure the 230V/50Hz power supply is correctly connected to the transformer.
Operation
The unit features an automatic infrared sensor. When a user enters the sensing range (0.3 - 0.7 m), the unit prepares for operation. After the user leaves, the flushing cycle is triggered. The flushing time can be adjusted using the appropriate remote control (SLD 03).
Maintenance
To ensure reliable operation, perform the following maintenance at least once a year:
- Check the electromagnetic valve filter for debris and clean if necessary.
- Check the tightness of all screw connections.
- Inspect and clean connector contact surfaces.
- Clean stainless steel components using only water, soap, and a soft cloth. Do not use aggressive or abrasive cleaning agents.

- For SLP 02KZ, ensure the 230V/50Hz transformer is installed.

- Ensure all stainless steel surfaces are clean and free of abrasive residues.
