The Scheppach Airforce 7 is a portable compressor designed for inflating tires, balls, and other inflatable items. Before use, ensure the device is not damaged and that the ambient temperature is between +5°C and 40°C. Always use the device in dry, well-ventilated areas.
Device description
The compressor features a transport handle, an on/off switch, a power cable holder, and storage compartments for accessories. The unit comes with a compressed air hose with a quick-release coupling, a tire inflator, an air blow gun, and a set of adapters (conical, tire valve, and ball needle).

Assembly and operation
Before starting, ensure the device is fully assembled. Connect the quick-release coupling of the compressed air hose to the object you wish to inflate. Depending on the application, attach the appropriate adapter (ball needle, tire valve adapter, or conical adapter). To operate, press the switch to position I; to turn off, press to position 0.
Electrical connection
The compressor operates on 230V~ 50Hz. When working outdoors or with spray attachments, the device must be connected to a residual current circuit breaker (RCD) with a trigger current of 30 mA or less. Avoid using excessively long extension cables to prevent voltage drops.
Cleaning, maintenance and storage
Always disconnect the power plug before cleaning or maintenance. Keep the device free of dust and dirt; clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not use solvents. Store the device in a dry, secure location. The power cable, air hose, and adapters can be stored in their respective holders and compartments on the unit.

Troubleshooting
If the compressor does not start, check the mains voltage, fuse, and socket. Ensure the extension cable is not too long and has a sufficient cross-section. If the motor is overheated, allow it to cool down. If the compressor runs but there is no pressure, check the non-return valve and seals.
Technical data
The compressor has a motor power of 1100 W and an operating pressure of 8 bar. The theoretical suction capacity is approximately 180 l/min, with an effective discharge volume of 95 l/min at 1 bar. The device has an IP30 protection rating and is Class II safety rated.
Safety
Read all safety instructions before use. Wear hearing protection during operation. Do not expose the device to rain or moisture. Keep children and unauthorized persons away from the work area. The device generates an electromagnetic field, so individuals with medical implants should consult their doctor before use.
