Operation

The kit operates by tightening a force screw to draw a driver onto the bush or bearing, pushing it into or out of the housing. For removal, select the appropriate force screw and press sleeves for the anvil and driver, pass the screw through the ram and bush, attach washers and nuts, and operate the hydraulic pump. For installation, follow a similar process to pull the replacement bush or bearing into position.

Maintenance

Keep all components clean and free from swarf, grit, or abrasive contaminants. Wipe elements with a lightly oiled cloth after use and ensure all parts are returned to their correct locations in the storage cases before storage.

Dispose of the tools, cases, and any drained fluids in accordance with local, regional, and national environmental guidelines at an authorized recycling center.
