This document provides essential information for the Segway Ninebot eKickScooter C2 and C2 Pro. Before using your scooter, you must install the Segway-Ninebot app to activate the device, obtain the latest firmware updates, and access safety instructions.

Device Diagram

The scooter features a handlebar with a bell, brake lever, electronic throttle, and power button. The main body includes a folding mechanism, stem, footboard, and kickstand. The C2 Pro model additionally includes a Bluetooth speaker and a clamp with a spring button for folding.

Operation and Power Button

The power button controls multiple functions:

• Power On/Off: Press to turn on; press and hold for 3 seconds to turn off.
• Headlight: Press once while the scooter is on to toggle the headlight.
• Speed Modes: Double-click the button to switch between speed modes (E, D, S).

The dashboard displays the current speed, error codes, Bluetooth connection status, battery level (5 bars), and a locking reminder icon.

Safety and Warnings

• Temperature Warning: If the battery temperature reaches 55°C (131°F) or drops below 0°C (32°F), the vehicle cannot accelerate normally and may not charge. Do not use the scooter until it returns to a normal temperature range.
• Locking: When the locking icon is lit, the scooter is locked. If abnormal movement is detected, the scooter will beep and the tail light will flash.
• Battery: Charge the scooter immediately when the first battery bar turns red.

Technical Specifications

The C2 and C2 Pro models differ in weight, speed, and battery capacity. The C2 has a max speed of 16 km/h (9.9 mph) and a 54 Wh battery, while the C2 Pro reaches 20 km/h (12.4 mph) with a 108 Wh battery. Both models are IPX4 rated and designed for smooth roads or asphalt.
