The Shenzhen 2024HXL is a robot vacuum cleaner designed for homes, hotel rooms, and small offices. It features automated cleaning modes, laser navigation, and a dust collection system. Regular maintenance of brushes, filters, and the dust collector is essential for optimal performance.

Cleaning modes

The robot supports different cleaning strategies:

• Plan Cleaning: The robot cleans in an S-shape pattern based on the room environment.
• Forbidden Area: You can set restricted areas via the App control; the robot will avoid these zones.

If the robot is moved to a new location during cleaning, it will attempt to relocate. If relocation fails, the previous map is lost, and it will restart a new cleaning cycle.

Product maintenance

To ensure longevity and performance, perform the following maintenance tasks:

• Side brush: Check periodically for damage or entanglement. Clean with a tool or rag. Replace if damaged.
• Two-in-one water tank: Press the release button to remove. It is recommended to wash the tank after 15-30 days of use.
• Dust box and filter: Open the cover to dump garbage. Remove the high-efficiency filter. Tap the filter gently to remove dust; do not wash with water. The maximum service life of the filter is 3 months. Rinse the dust box and mop with water and ensure all components are completely dry before reinstallation.
• Dust collector: Open the cover to replace the dust bag. A fast flashing red light indicates the bag is not installed properly; a slow flashing red light indicates the bag is full.
• Roller brush: Open the brush cover assembly, remove the brush shaft, and clean off debris and hair.
• Sensors and electrodes: Wipe the charging electrode sheet and sensor window with a dry soft cloth.

Troubleshooting

If the robot encounters issues, check the following:

• Host cannot be charged: Ensure the charging electrodes are in full contact and the dust collector is powered.
• Cleaning not completed: The host may be low on battery and returning to charge.
• Does not clean on schedule: Ensure the host is turned on, has sufficient power, and is not in Do Not Disturb mode.
• Missed sweeps/disordered routes: Clear obstacles like wires or slippers from the floor. Wait for floor wax to dry before cleaning.

This product is suitable for cleaning homes, hotel rooms, and small offices. It is effective on wooden floors, hard floors, tiles, and carpets (hair length less than 1.5 cm).
