This document provides installation and maintenance instructions for the Antonia Vanity Light. Before beginning, ensure you have all necessary tools and that the power is disconnected. If you are unfamiliar with electrical installations, consult a professional electrician.
Safety Information
- Always turn off electricity at the fuse or circuit breaker before starting work.
- Do not hang the fixture on house electrical wires.
- Do not install on a ceiling with a radiant heating system.
- Follow all steps in the order provided.
Tools and Materials
You will need the following tools for installation:
- Wire strippers
- Wire cutters
- Phillips screwdriver
- Flathead screwdriver
- Electrical tape
- Step ladder
Installation


Step 1: Mounting
- Thread the mounting screws (A) into the matching holes in the circular strap (B).
- Secure the circular strap (B) to the outlet box using the provided outlet box screws (C).
Step 2: Wiring
- Connect the white wire from the fixture to the white wire from the outlet box.
- Connect the black wire from the fixture to the black wire from the outlet box.
- Cover both connections with the provided wire connectors and wrap with electrical tape for security.
- Connect the copper ground wires from both the fixture and the outlet box to the ground screw on the circular strap.
Step 3: Final Assembly
- Tuck the connected wires carefully inside the outlet box.
- Raise the front plate (D) so the mounting screws (A) protrude through the holes.
- Secure the plate using the ball nuts (E).
- Place the glass (G) over the socket (F) and secure it with the socket ring (H) using the wrench (I).
- Install an A19 light bulb (not provided). Do not exceed the maximum wattage capacity indicated on the socket.
Care and Maintenance
To clean the fixture, wipe it with a soft cloth. Clean the glass using a mild soap. Do not use abrasive materials, such as scouring pads, powders, steel wool, or abrasive paper, as these may damage the finish.

Common problems
Ensure the fuse is removed or the circuit breaker is shut off. Verify all wire connections are secure and correctly matched.
