Before first use, it is essential to clean the surface and run the unit on the maximum setting (5) for 10 minutes to burn off any manufacturing residues. Always ensure the unit is placed on a stable, horizontal surface with adequate clearance.

Safety Warnings
- Do not use the appliance if it is damaged.
- Keep the appliance and power cord out of reach of children under 8 years old.
- Do not place food directly on the hot plate surface.
- Only use cookware permitted by the manufacturer for this type of appliance.
- Do not use glassware on the hot plate.
- Do not use with programmable timers or remote-controlled systems.
- For indoor use only; protect from humidity (do not use near bathtubs, showers, or pools).
- Do not immerse the appliance in water.
- Always unplug the appliance after use and let it cool down completely before cleaning or storing.

Installation
Before installation, remove all packaging and inspect for damage. Clean the hot plate surface with a damp sponge and dish soap, then wipe dry. Ensure the appliance is placed on a stable, horizontal surface. Maintain minimum clearance distances as shown in the product diagram (25 cm on sides, 100 cm above). Connect to a properly grounded 230 V / 50 Hz wall outlet.

Operation
The appliance features a stage switch (1-5) to control temperature. When adjusting the heat, the red thermostat indicator light will turn on. Once the hot plate reaches the set temperature, the light will turn off. Due to the iron core of the plates, they retain heat, allowing you to lower the setting during cooking to save energy. After use, turn the switch to the 0 position and unplug the unit.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Always switch off the appliance, unplug it, and allow it to cool for at least 30 minutes before cleaning. Clean the surface with a damp sponge and dish soap, then wipe dry. Ensure no water enters the internal electric components. Dust off the ventilation openings regularly.
Troubleshooting
If the hot plate is not warm enough, check the power supply and the stage switch settings. If the hot plate becomes discolored, this is normal and does not affect the operation of the device.
