SPACE ATTACK is a retro-style shooter set in the year 2468 A.D. The game features physics-based enemy behavior and allows players to upgrade their ship throughout the stages. Missiles become available starting from stage 2.
Operation Method
The game supports keyboard, mouse, and joypad inputs. Players can customize their ship using points earned during gameplay.
Keyboard Controls
- Movement: W, A, S, D keys.
- Attack with Fire: N key.
- Attack with Missile: M key.
- Use W.M.D.: J key.
- System Menu: ESC key.
Mouse Controls
The mouse can be used in conjunction with the keyboard for firing and missile deployment.
Joypad Controls

- Movement: Left analog stick.
- Turn Left/Right: Shoulder buttons.
- Attack with Fire: A button.
- Attack with Missile: B button.
- Use W.M.D.: X button.
Upgrading the attack ship
Upgrade screens appear at specific points in the stage. Each upgrade costs 1000 points.
Type of Fire (arm)
- Non-reacting Super Long Molecule Gun: Balanced weapon; upgrades increase speed and damage.
- High Velocity Inelastic Plasma Cannon: Fires two high-speed bullets; effective for pushing enemies away.
- Anti-Molecular Super Gravity Cannon: Fires in three directions; high-powered frontal shots with piercing capabilities.
Type of Missile (Mine)
- Tactical Fusion Missile: Explodes after a set distance.
- Guided Tactical Fusion Missile: Locks onto enemies; ideal for boss battles.
- Nuclear Fusion Mine: Defensive weapon ejected behind the ship.
Extra Ship
Players earn an extra ship upon reaching 10,000 points, and subsequently for every 20,000 points earned thereafter.

Common problems
Missiles are only available starting from stage 2.
Before use
- Ensure your controller or keyboard is connected.
- Check if you have accumulated 1000 points to perform an upgrade.
- Verify your current stage to see if missile functionality is unlocked.
