This document provides the assembly instructions for The Home Depot galvanized steel storage shed. It includes a comprehensive parts list and a step-by-step guide to constructing the frame, walls, roof, and doors. Ensure you have all parts listed before beginning assembly. Parts and components

The shed consists of numerous metal panels, beams, and hardware components. Refer to pages 2-5 for a complete inventory of parts, including specific lengths for beams and quantities for screws, bolts, and brackets. Verify all parts against the list before starting.

Assembly instructions

The assembly process is divided into logical steps:

• Base Frame: Assemble the base frame using parts 1L, 1R, 1, 2, 3, 3L, 3R, 4, 4B, and C, secured with S4 screws.
• Vertical Supports: Install the vertical support beams (part 5) onto the base frame.
• Wall Frame: Construct the wall frame using parts 6, 6L, 6R, 7, 7A, 7B, 7F, 8, 8A, 8B, 8L, 8R, 9, 9B, 9F, 10, and 11.
• Wall Panels: Attach the wall panels (W1, W3, W5, W7) to the frame.
• Roof Structure: Assemble the roof trusses and attach the roof panels (W15, 18B, 18F, 19, 19L, 19R, 20).
• Doors: Assemble the door panels using parts 15, 15A, 16, 16X, 21, 22, 22X, 23, M1, M2, and hardware S2, S3, S5L, S5R.

Final assembly and anchoring

Once the structure is assembled, ensure all screws are tightened. Use the S34 (M6X50mm) screws at the joints of the floor beam to reinforce the structure. The shed must be properly anchored to the ground for stability.
