This document provides assembly instructions for three distinct furniture items: the Wood Frame Panel Bed, the Nightstand with USB A-C, and the Chest. Before beginning assembly, ensure you have all parts and hardware listed in the respective sections. The assembly process requires at least two people for safety and efficiency.

Pre-assembly preparation

To ensure a smooth assembly process, follow these guidelines:

• Teamwork: Always have at least two people to help with transporting and assembling the furniture to avoid injury or damage.
• Suitable Location: Assemble the furniture near the area where it will be placed.
• Sufficient Space: Ensure you have enough room to move around during assembly.
• Avoid Scratches: Use cardboard, blankets, or a carpeted area to protect the furniture surfaces.
• Flat Surface: Ensure the furniture rests on a flat and level surface with each leg touching the floor.

Assembly and care advice

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in injury or property damage:

• Position each part correctly and insert screws or bolts into their respective holes.
• Turn clockwise to tighten and only tighten when the step is completed or when instructed.
• Use appropriate hand tools or power tools. Be careful with power tools to avoid causing damage.
• Save the instructions and store supplied tools for later maintenance.
• After two weeks, check and tighten any loose hardware, and repeat this process every six months.

Wood Frame Panel Bed assembly

The bed assembly involves four main steps:

1. Attach the Headboard Legs to the Headboard and the Stretcher to the legs using the provided bolts, lock washers, and flat washers.
2. Attach the Footboard Legs to the Footboard using the provided hardware.
3. Assemble the side rails to the headboard and footboard.
4. Install the slats and support slats using the provided wood screws.

Nightstand with USB assembly

The nightstand assembly involves attaching the front and back legs to the bottom of the nightstand unit. Secure these using the provided bolts, lock washers, and flat washers. Ensure the anti-tip kit is installed to secure the unit to the wall.

Chest assembly

The chest assembly involves attaching the front and back legs to the bottom of the chest unit. Secure these using the provided bolts, lock washers, and flat washers. It is mandatory to use the provided anti-tip kit to secure the chest to the wall.

Wall mounting and safety

For items requiring wall mounting (such as anti-tip prevention):

• The provided expansion wall anchors are suitable only for masonry walls (drywall, plaster, or concrete).
• Prior to drilling, check for wires or pipes. Use a stud finder to locate a stud for better support.
• Drill horizontally and do not force the drill or enlarge the hole.
• Match the drill bit size to the wall anchor.

Maintenance

We recommend a yearly check to see if the wall anchor or screw has loosened. If so, remove the existing anchor and screw, and use a new one. Always lift the product when transporting or adjusting its placement; do not drag it.
