This manual covers the operation of the Toboli pizza oven models 61998 and 61999. Before first use, it is recommended to heat the empty oven for approximately 30 minutes to eliminate any manufacturing odors. Ensure the device is installed by a qualified electrician and placed on a stable surface with at least 10 cm of clearance on all sides.
Safety instructions
- Risk of burns: Some components become very hot during operation. Always use protective gloves when handling trays.

Device operation
The control panels differ slightly between the two models:
Control panel 61998
Features controls for top heat thermostat, bottom heat thermostat, timer, and light. The heating elements activate when the timer is set or the oven is switched on manually.
Control panel 61999
Features controls for top heat, middle heat, and bottom heat thermostats, plus timer and light. Each heating element is controlled by its respective thermostat.
Installation instructions
- Electrical connection: Must be installed by a qualified electrician. Requires a 230 V ~ 50 Hz protective contact socket with at least a 10 A fuse.
- Placement: Ensure the device is on a stable table or shelf. Maintain at least 10 cm distance from the back wall and other objects.
- Ventilation: Install in a location with a good ventilation system.
- Preparation: Remove the oven film before first use. Ensure the device is ground-wired.
Cleaning and maintenance
Cleaning the firebrick: Dirt can be scraped off using a kitchen scraper. Important: The firebrick must not be dipped in water or cleaned with a wet cloth, as this can damage the material and limit its durability.
