This document provides basic operating instructions for the BEKO BRIFF 22300X oven. It covers the control panel layout, available operating modes, and the standard procedure for using the oven.
Control Panel
The control panel consists of the following components:
- Function knob: Used to select the desired operating mode.
- Digital timer: Central display for time management.
- Thermostat knob: Used to set the desired cooking temperature.
- Thermostat lamp: Indicates that the oven is currently heating.
Operating Modes
The oven supports several modes for different cooking needs:
- Oven Lamp: Only the internal light is on; the oven does not heat.
- Operating with fan: Only the fan operates; the oven does not heat.
- Fan heating: Warm air is generated and evenly distributed throughout the oven.
- Full grill: The grill element is in operation.
- Full grill & Fan: Both the grill and the fan are in operation.
Using the oven
- Select the desired operating mode using the function knob.
- Set the required temperature using the thermostat knob.
- The oven will begin heating to the set temperature. The thermostat lamp will remain illuminated while the oven is heating.
- To switch off the oven, turn both the function knob and the thermostat knob to the "off" (upper) position.

- Ensure the oven is connected to power.
- Identify the function knob and thermostat knob positions.
- Check that the knobs are in the 'off' position before starting.
