This ice crusher is designed for commercial use in environments such as staff kitchens, shops, and offices. Before first use, ensure the machine is placed on a level surface with at least 15cm of clearance from walls. The device must be installed by a technician. Always unplug the machine before cleaning or maintenance. Do not use alcohol for cleaning, as it may damage plastic parts.

Safety Instructions

• Keep the machine and power cable away from heat sources and hot surfaces.
• Do not operate with wet hands or in a wet environment.
• Do not use an extension cord.
• The blade is extremely sharp; handle with care.
• Do not move the machine while it is switched on.
• Ensure the socket is grounded.
• If the power cord is damaged, contact customer service for repair.

Installation

The ice crusher must be installed by a professional technician. Follow these steps:

1. Unpack the machine and ensure all parts (ice box, handle, manual) are included.
2. Place the unit on a level surface, protected from direct sunlight and heat sources (stoves, radiators).
3. Maintain at least 15cm of space between the back/sides of the unit and the wall.
4. Ensure the power plug is easily accessible.
5. Handle installation: Attach the handle to the machine and screw it down tightly.

Operation

The machine is intended for crushing small ice cubes only.

1. Clean the interior with lukewarm water and a soft cloth before first use.
2. Put small ice cubes into the hopper.
3. Turn on the machine and press the handle down to crush the ice.
4. Turn off the machine and lift the handle to stop.
5. Open the door to retrieve the crushed ice.
6. Always turn off the machine using the switch, not by pulling the power cord.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Note: Always unplug the machine before cleaning.

• Exterior: Wipe with a clean, soft cloth at least once a week. Use a damp cloth with neutral detergent to remove grease.
• Ice box: Immerse in a mixture of neutral detergent and water for at least 3 minutes after each use, then rinse and dry.
• Hopper: Open the handle to allow it to dry naturally after use.
• Storage: For long-term storage, unplug the cord, wipe off any water, and store in a safe place out of reach of children.

Troubleshooting

If the machine does not work, check the following:

• Power cord: Ensure it is plugged in or replace if damaged.
• Socket: Try a different socket if the current one is deformed.
• Motor: If burnt, it must be replaced.
• Power supply: Check for low voltage or power failure.
• Micro switch: If damaged, it must be replaced.

Technical Data

The machine requires a grounded socket. The fuse on the PCB must be greater than 10A. Voltage fluctuation should not exceed ±10% of the rated voltage; otherwise, a voltage stabilizer is required.
