This manual provides essential instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of the VEVOR frozen drink machine. Before using the machine, ensure it is placed on a flat surface with adequate ventilation. The machine is designed for liquid cold drinks and granita; do not use it for hot products. Always ensure the mixture has at least 13% sugar content to prevent damage to the ice scraper blade.
Installation
Proper installation is critical for machine performance and longevity:

- Placement: Place the machine on a flat surface. Ensure at least 25cm of clearance on all sides for proper air circulation.
- Environment: Maintain an ambient temperature between 25°C and 32°C.
- Electrical: Ensure the power supply is grounded. Do not use extension cords.
- Drip Tray: Fit the drip tray onto the panel by inserting the hooks into the appropriate slots and pushing downwards to fasten.
Operation
The machine features several switches for control:

- Main Power Switch (A): Turns the machine on.
- Bowl Switches (B, D, E): Control individual bowl freezing, refrigeration, and agitation.
- Light Switch (C): Controls the illumination.
- Consistency Adjustment: The machine is pre-adjusted for normal fruit granitas. If using products containing milk or other ingredients that take longer to freeze, adjust the consistency setting as shown in the manual.
Filling: Never turn the machine on without product in the bowl or with only water. Pour product into the bowl up to the 'max' line. Never add hot product. Refill with refrigerated product when the level is halfway between min and max.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Daily cleaning is required to maintain hygiene and machine performance:

- Disassembly: Ensure the machine is powered off and the bowl is empty. Raise the bowl at the front until it pops out. Remove the spiral blade and large gasket.
- Cleaning: Wash all parts with tepid water and detergent. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Condenser: Remove side panels weekly to clean the condenser. A dirty condenser can cause compressor damage.
- Tap Components: Disassemble the tap by pulling out the pin, removing the handle, and unthreading the main tap pin. Clean all gaskets and O-rings thoroughly.
Reassembly
Reassemble components in the reverse order of disassembly:

- Gaskets: Ensure the bowl gasket is seated correctly on the back of the evaporator tube.
- Lubrication: Lubricate the tap seals and internal components with water or food-safe lubricant as indicated.
- Alignment: Ensure the tap pin is inserted correctly with the square hole facing forward before inserting the handle.
Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, check the following:
- Power failure: Check the power supply and plug. Ensure switches are on.
- Product not freezing: Check if the condenser is clean.
- Auger not moving or making noise: Ensure the sugar content is at least 13%.
