Quick Guide and Important Information

The Vevor 12V Dual Action Polisher (Model SBWP2006) is a cordless power tool designed for polishing tasks. Before operation, ensure the battery is fully charged and you are wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), such as safety goggles and a dust mask. Always hold the tool firmly with both hands during operation and ensure a secure stance. Do not apply excessive pressure that could cause the tool to stall.

Safety Instructions

General Safety: Keep your work area clean and well-lit. Do not operate the tool in explosive environments containing combustible liquids, gases, or dust. Keep children and bystanders away while the tool is in use.

Electrical and Battery Safety:

• Only use the supplied charger and battery.
• Do not charge the battery if the temperature is below 4°C or above 40°C.
• Do not short-circuit, expose to water, or throw the battery into fire.
• Disconnect the charger from the mains before cleaning or maintenance.

• Ambient temperature range for storage: -5°C to 35°C.

Operating Instructions

Mounting Accessories: Ensure the battery pack is removed. Simply press the sponge pad onto the velcro polishing disk. To remove, pull the pad off.

Before Use:

• Ensure the accessory is correctly mounted and firmly tightened.
• Check that the accessory runs freely by turning it by hand.
• Perform a test run for at least 30 seconds at the highest no-load speed in a safe position.
• Stop immediately if you notice considerable vibration or defects.

Operation: Switch the tool on by pulling the trigger. Always switch the tool on before placing it on the surface to be polished. Move the tool evenly across the surface in sections. Lift the tool from the workpiece before switching it off.

Maintenance and Service

Protect the tool from impact, shock, and grease. Keep the tool and ventilation slots clean. Disconnect the battery before cleaning. Do not attempt to clean ventilation slots by inserting pointed objects. All repairs should be performed by qualified personnel using original spare parts.
