This manual provides essential safety, installation, and maintenance instructions for the VEVOR Inflatable Spray Paint Booth. Users must complete systematic training and pass a self-practical assessment before operating the product. The booth is designed for professional surface painting of small to medium-sized workpieces.

Installation
Installation requires 2 to 4 people due to the product's size. Follow these steps:

- Unfold the tent on clean, level ground.
- Zip up both sides of the product.
- Tie the rope to the rope ring.
- Connect the air tube to the air blower outlet.
- Once inflated, fasten the tent with stakes at the bottom metal rings and secure windproof ropes to fixed objects.
- Zip up all zippers and open the air supply outlet (for models with one air blower).
Operation and Safety
Safety Precautions:
- Keep away from sharp objects and fire sources.
- Regularly replace ventilation cotton to ensure proper airflow.
- Do not use outdoors in bad weather (thunderstorms, rain, wind, snow).
- Only trained operators are allowed to enter the booth.
- Keep children and pets at least 3 meters away from the booth during operation.
- Place a dry powder fire extinguisher (≥ 2kg) within 5 meters of the booth.
Maintenance
Regular maintenance is crucial for safety and performance:

- Filter Cotton Replacement: Every 50 operating hours or when pressure difference exceeds 2 kPa.
- Electrostatic Grounding Test: Monthly. Ensure resistance is ≤ 10Ω.
- Electrical Circuit Inspection: Every 6 months. Check for damaged cords or loose terminal blocks.
- Air Blower Maintenance: Every 100 operating hours. Clean fan blades and air inlet filter.
Emergency Procedures
In case of emergency, follow these protocols:
- Fire: Immediately stop operations, unplug power, and evacuate. Use a dry powder fire extinguisher on small fires. Call emergency services if the fire spreads.
- Excessive Concentration: If a strong solvent odor is detected or concentration exceeds 10% of the Lower Explosive Limit (LEL), stop operations, seal sources, and ventilate the booth for at least 15-30 minutes depending on the cause.
- Equipment Failure: In case of fan or air pump failure, stop spraying, unplug the device, and contact the manufacturer.
- Chemical Exposure: Rinse skin or eyes with running water for at least 15-20 minutes and seek medical attention.

Common problems
Check for voltage mismatch, ensure power supply is connected, and verify the blower switch is turned on.
Check for voltage instability, ensure the air tube is connected to the correct inflation blower, and verify that both exhaust ports are properly zipped.
Before use
- Check for sharp objects in the area.
- Ensure ventilation cotton is clean and properly installed.
- Verify electrostatic grounding resistance is ≤ 10Ω.
- Ensure a dry powder fire extinguisher (≥ 2kg) is within 5m and pressure is in the green zone.
- Wear required PPE (respirator, anti-static clothing, gloves, goggles).
Specs in practice
- Inflation time
- Must be ≤ 3 minutes.
- Stable airflow time
- Must be ≤ 1 minute.
- Operating ambient temperature
- -5°C to 40°C.
- Humidity requirement
- ≤ 85% RH.
- Grounding resistance limit
- ≤ 10Ω.
