The Vevor 1500lb Vehicle Dollies are designed to assist in moving vehicles on hard, level surfaces such as cement or asphalt. Each dolly has a rated capacity of 1500lb. Always use in pairs or sets of four to support the vehicle. Ensure you read all safety information before use, as failure to do so can result in serious injury.

Assembly
- Insert brake casters and standard casters through the holes in the frame.
- Ensure the brake casters are positioned on the same outer side.
- Fasten the casters using the provided washers, lock washers, and nuts.
- Once assembled, roll the dollies along the surface to verify all connections are secure and the dollies roll freely.
Operation
- Preparation: Chock the opposite end wheels to prevent the vehicle from rolling.
- Placement: Place the dolly in position under the raised front or rear wheels. Lower the vehicle slowly onto the dollies.
- Movement: To move a vehicle supported by four dollies, remove the wheel chocks, unlock the casters, and use the handles to guide the vehicle to the desired location.
- Securing: Lock the casters once the vehicle is in the desired location.
Maintenance
If using the dollies for extended storage under vehicle tires, periodically lift the vehicle to rotate the tires. Inspect the dollies before every use; do not use if parts are loose or damaged.
