This document provides essential instructions for the safe operation and maintenance of the VEVOR 3T*1.5M lifting slings. Always inspect the equipment before use, adhere to the rated load limits, and ensure the lifting angle is appropriate for the load.

Safety Instructions
WARNING: Failure to follow these instructions can result in serious injury.
- Read the manual thoroughly before use.
- Do not twist or knot the sling rigging.
- Do not drag the sling when the lifted object is pressing on it.
- Strictly adhere to the rated load to prevent rope breakage and accidents.
- No one is allowed to stand under the heavy object or within the swing area during hoisting.
- Personnel must wear safety helmets and gloves.
- Perform weekly (or every 50 hours of work) inspections for broken or worn suspension belts. Replace if thickness decreases by more than 20%.
- Inspect hooks for deformation, cracks, or looseness. Stop using immediately if abnormalities are found.

Installation and Commissioning

- Check that lifting straps are undamaged, hooks are not deformed or cracked, and connection parts are secure.
- Securely attach the lifting rings to the crane or hoist hook.
- Perform a no-load trial operation: Start the hoisting equipment, operate to open/close and lock/unlock. Ensure operation is smooth and balanced. Stop immediately if there is jamming or abnormal noise.
- The angle between the sling and the horizontal plane is recommended to be greater than 45°.
- Simulate the lifting operation with standard weight testing. Raise the object 1-2 meters, hover for 3-5 minutes, and check component condition. Make adjustments if necessary.
Operation
- Preparation: Clear the site of obstructions and verify that the lifting equipment capacity matches the total weight of the rigging and load.
- Connection: Connect the split-leg hook to the heavy object lifting point and lock it. Connect the main lifting ring to the lifting equipment and lock the opening.
- Lifting: Activate the equipment slowly to ascend at a constant speed. Maintain stability and avoid sudden stops or vibrations. When reaching the target area, descend slowly and gently. Once stable, release the hook and retrieve the rigging.
- Cleaning: Clean the rigging, inspect the condition of slings, hooks, and connection points. Apply anti-rust treatment (e.g., anti-rust oil on hooks) and store properly.
Maintenance
- Do not exceed the Working Load Limit (WLL).
- Store in an environment away from chemical substances.
- Storage temperature range: -40°C to 100°C.
