  1. Step 1: Insert component D (Tray) into the main frame. Place component E inside component D. Align the holes and insert component B. Secure them using bolts L and nuts N.
  2. Step 2: Insert axle F into the wheel frame and secure it with two pins K. Place parts K, J, and C on both sides in sequence, ensuring the pins are bent to secure them.
  3. Step 3: Insert parts G and H (Handles) into the frame. Insert bolts into both sides and tighten them with nuts.
  4. Step 4: To use as a folding hand truck, push the sub-frame into the primary frame until the spring lock engages. Ensure the lower metal hook is properly latched. If loading extra-long items, fold down the foldable U-extended nose plate.

To secure the cart in its configuration, pull the spring latch lock to secure it into the locking groove of the D-shaped handle. To secure the sub-frame, slide the tab on the U-shaped handle into the Y-shaped slot at the base of the sub-frame.
