This manual provides essential instructions for the safe operation and maintenance of the Vevor 139F Tiller Cultivator. Always read the full safety warnings before use. The machine is intended for aerating lawns and grassy areas in private gardens and is not for use in public spaces or agriculture.

Safety Warnings
- Always wear safety shoes, long trousers, and protective gear (helmet, hearing, and eye protection).
- Keep bystanders, children, and pets away from the working area.
- Handle gasoline with extreme care; refuel outdoors only with the engine stopped and cool.
- Do not operate on slopes greater than 10°.
- Stop the engine before maintenance, cleaning, or transporting.
Assembly
Auxiliary Wheel Installation: Remove wheels, remove screws/nuts, align mounting bolts with mudguard plate holes, and secure with a screwdriver.



Mounting Bracket: Install the control lever into the holder lever at the alignment hole position, screw with provided nuts, and secure the thread with nylon cable ties.
Tines Installation: Remove the shaft and R-pin, insert the rotating bit (K) into the shaft, align the hole, and secure with the R-pin.
Operation
Cold Starting:

- Set the STOP/START switch to the START position.
- Set the choke lever to the cold start (OFF) position.
- Press the transparent primer bulb 6 times until fuel flows to the carburetor.
- Pull the starter rope briskly until the engine starts.
- Move the choke lever to the RUN (ON) position.
Hot Starting: Follow the same process as cold starting but keep the choke in the RUN position.
Maintenance and Storage

- Air Filter: Clean and re-oil every 10 hours of operation.
- Spark Plug: Check condition and gap every 25 hours.
- Gear Box: Add lubricating oil every 2 hours.
- General: Keep all nuts, bolts, and screws tight. Remove fuel if storing for longer than a month.

Common problems
Turn the idle adjuster screw clockwise 1/8th of a turn at a time until it idles smoothly.
Turn the idle adjustment screw anti-clockwise a tiny amount.
Check fuel levels, ensure the choke is set correctly for cold/hot start, and verify spark plug condition.
