Quick Start Guide
To turn on your Xiaomi 14, long press the power button located on the side of the device. Once the device powers on, follow the on-screen instructions to complete the initial configuration.
Device Layout
The device features the following physical controls and ports:
- Power Button: Located on the right side.
- Volume Buttons: Located on the right side, above the power button.
- USB Type-C Port: Located at the bottom of the device for charging and data transfer.
- SIM Slot: Located at the bottom; use a standard Nano-SIM card.
Safety Precautions

- Battery Safety: Do not attempt to replace the built-in battery yourself. Do not disassemble, hit, crush, or burn the battery. If the battery appears deformed or damaged, stop using it immediately.
- Usage Environment: Keep the device dry. Do not use the phone in explosive atmospheres, near fueling areas, or in high-humidity environments like bathrooms.
- Medical Interference: Maintain a minimum distance of 15 cm between the phone and medical devices like pacemakers to avoid interference.
Charging and Battery
Follow these guidelines for safe charging:
- Use only the included or authorized cable and power adapter.
- The maximum acceptable charging power is 90W. The charging voltage must not exceed 20V, and the current must not exceed 4.5A.
- Do not charge the device for more than 12 hours.
- Disconnect the adapter from both the device and the power outlet after charging is complete.
- Third-party chargers must comply with USB2.0 or higher protocol standards and meet IEC 60950 or IEC 62368-1 safety standards.
Regulatory Information
This device complies with SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) limits for general population/uncontrolled exposure. The device is restricted to indoor use only when operating in the 5250 to 5350 MHz and 5945 to 6425 MHz frequency ranges in EU member states.
