Assembly instructions for Xxxlutz Stella Bed

This document provides assembly instructions for the Xxxlutz Stella bed. The assembly process requires two people and approximately 60 minutes. Ensure you have a clear workspace and the necessary tools (flathead and Phillips screwdrivers) before beginning.

Preparation and safety

Before starting, verify all parts are present according to the parts list. Assemble the bed on a soft surface to prevent damage. Ensure the frame is perfectly square by checking that diagonal measurements (A=B) are equal during assembly.

Assembly steps

1. Attach the mounting plates (H) to the side panels (4 and 5) using screws (J).
2. Assemble the legs (8) by attaching the brackets (7) and protective pads (K) using screws (A).
3. Connect the side panels to the headboard and footboard sections using screws (A).
4. Ensure the frame is correctly aligned. Use the provided diagrams to verify the squareness of the frame.
5. Adjust the height of the side panels if necessary (Option 1: 910mm or Option 2: 860mm) using screws (D) and (E).
6. Install the central support beam (9) using brackets (I) and screws (J, M).

Maintenance and care

To keep the bed in good condition:

• Use only indoors in dry environments.
• Clean with a slightly damp cloth.
• Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools.
• Avoid exposing the furniture to excessive heat or moisture.
