  • Undo the hexagon socket head screws (wrench size 3mm) to disassemble the mounting plate.
  • Pass the power connecting cable through the cable entry in the mounting plate.
  • The installed black gasket insert is intended for cables with a diameter of less than 10mm.
  • For cables with a diameter of 10-12mm, use the enclosed grey gasket insert.
  • If through-wiring, replace the factory-installed dummy plug with the corresponding gasket insert provided.
  • When using the gasket insert, ensure the enclosed synthetic cone-thrust collar is used between the gasket insert and the thrust screw (wrench size 22mm).

Mounting:

  • Fix the mounting plate to the mounting surface using suitable fixing material.
  • Tighten the screw cable gland.
  • Make the earth conductor connection and electrical connection to the connecting terminal (plug connection).
  • For digital control, use the terminal marked DA, DA. If this terminal is not used, the luminaire operates at full light output.
  • Ensure the gasket is positioned correctly.
  • Push the plug into the coupler until it stops.
  • Place the luminaire onto the mounting plate and secure it.

Cleaning and Maintenance

  • Clean the luminaire regularly with solvent-free cleansers to remove dirt and deposits.
  • Do not use high-pressure cleaners.
  • Important: Do not remove the desiccant bag located inside the luminaire housing; it is necessary to absorb residual moisture.

LED Module Replacement

The LED module designation is noted on a label inside the luminaire. Replacement can be performed by qualified persons using standard tools.

  1. Disconnect the system from the power supply and open the luminaire.
  2. Follow the specific installation instructions provided with the replacement LED module.
  3. Inspect and, if necessary, replace the luminaire gaskets.
