This document provides assembly and maintenance instructions for the Belleze 014-HG-40011 65 Inch Embossed Buffet Cabinet. Assembly requires 2 people and takes approximately 90 minutes. Please ensure you have all parts and hardware before beginning. Package Contents
The package includes various panels (Top, Bottom, Lateral, Medial, Back, Base, and Cabinet Doors) and hardware (cam bolts, wood dowels, screws, hinges, and handles). Please verify all components against the parts list on page 5 before starting assembly.
Assembly Instructions
The assembly process consists of 33 steps:
- Preparation: Assemble on a soft surface like a carpet or rug to prevent scratches.
- Frame Assembly: Attach cam bolts and wood dowels to the lateral and medial panels. Connect the panels using the provided hardware.
- Back Panels: Slide the upper back panels into place on the lower back panels.
- Top and Bottom: Attach the top and bottom panels to the main assembly.
- Base: Assemble the base panels and attach them to the bottom of the cabinet.
- Shelves: Insert shelf pegs and place the storage shelf panels.
- Doors: Attach hinges to the cabinet doors, then mount the doors to the cabinet frame.
- Handles: Attach handles to the cabinet doors.
Door Adjustment
If the door clearance is uneven, you can adjust the cabinet doors using the screws on the hinges:
- Up and down adjustment: Loosen the screws on the mounting plate.
- In and out adjustment: Loosen the screws on the hinge arm.
- Side to side adjustment: Use the front adjustment screw on the hinge.
Safety and Maintenance
Warning: Serious or fatal crushing injuries may occur if the furniture tips over. Always use the provided anti-tipping straps to secure the unit to a wall stud.
Care:
- Tighten all bolts and screws within the first 2 weeks of assembly.
- Check the tightness of all bolts every 2 months.
- Clean the surface with a lightly dampened cloth and mild soap if necessary.
- Do not use bleach or alcohol.
- Do not apply wood treatment to MDF parts.
- Dry the surface immediately after cleaning to prevent water damage.

Door clearance is uneven
Adjust the cabinet door using the hinge screws: loosen mounting plate screws for up/down, hinge arm screws for in/out, or the front adjustment screw for side-to-side movement.
