The Belleze Liam Tall Cabinet requires approximately 180 minutes to assemble and should be built by two people. Before starting, ensure you have a flat, protected surface (such as a carpet or rug) to prevent scratches. The cabinet has specific weight limitations: the top panel supports up to 70 lbs, and the internal shelf supports up to 30 lbs. For safety, the unit must be permanently fixed to a wall stud using the included anti-tipping device.

Assembly requirements

Assembly requires two people. You will need basic tools that are not included, such as a screwdriver, hammer, and a drill for wall mounting. Ensure all parts are present before beginning. Do not discard packaging until assembly is complete.

Assembly steps

The assembly process involves the following key stages:

• Top Panel Preparation: Attach cam bolts, door catches, wall pins, and wood dowels to the underside of the top panel.
• Frame Construction: Assemble the crossbar panel, side panels, and back support panel to the top panel.
• Back Panels: Slide the back panels into the support panel and secure them.
• Bottom and Base: Attach the bottom panel to the assembly, then construct and attach the metal leg base.
• Doors: Attach hinges and door catch plates to the cabinet doors, then mount the doors to the cabinet frame.
• Final Touches: Insert shelf supports and the adjustable shelf, attach handles, and secure the back panels.
• Wall Mounting: Permanently fix the cabinet to the wall using the provided anti-tipping device.

Safety and warnings

Serious or fatal crushing injuries may occur if the furniture tips over. Always use the provided anti-tipping device to secure the unit to a wall stud. Keep small components, plastic bags, and packaging film away from children and pets to avoid choking or suffocation hazards. Do not climb or step on the product.

Care and maintenance

To ensure longevity, tighten all bolts and screws within the first 2 weeks of assembly, and check the tightness of all bolts every 2 months. Clean the surface with a lightly dampened cloth. A small amount of mild soap may be used if necessary, but dry the surface immediately. Do not use bleach, alcohol, or wood treatments on MDF surfaces, as water damage can cause swelling and distortion.
