This document provides essential instructions for the safe installation and operation of the Belleze 050-HA-50223 23" 3-sided Insert Fireplace Heater. Always read the full safety warnings before use. The unit requires two people for assembly and must be installed into a fireplace mantel from the back.
Safety and Warnings
- Do not use outdoors or in bathrooms, laundry areas, or near water.
- Keep combustible materials (furniture, curtains, bedding) at least 3 ft (0.9 m) away from the unit.
- Always plug directly into a grounded wall outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
- The top center of the fireplace can become hot during use; supervise children closely.
- Do not cover air intake or exhaust vents.
- If the unit malfunctions, unplug immediately and contact customer service.
Installation
The unit is designed to be inserted into a fireplace mantel from the back. Center the unit in the opening, check alignment, and secure it to the mantel using the provided screws through the drilled holes. Do not attempt to install from the front.


Operation
The fireplace can be controlled via the top-right control panel or the included remote control (effective range 6m). Features include:

- Flame Control: Adjust flame colors (1 rotation option, 7 solid colors).
- Heater Control: Turn heating on/off and adjust temperature between 64°F - 82°F (18°C - 27°C).
- Ember Bed Brightness: 5 levels (L1-L5).
- Timer: Set from 1 to 9 hours.
- Lock Function: Press and hold the heater control button for 10 seconds to lock/unlock (not available via remote).
- Sound Control: Toggle fire crackling sound effect.
- Speed Control: Adjust flame speed (P1-P5).
Maintenance and Cleaning
Always turn off and unplug the unit, allowing it to cool completely before cleaning. Use a vacuum or duster to remove accumulated dust. Clean surfaces with a lightly dampened cloth or soft brush. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
Troubleshooting
If the unit displays an error code, follow these steps:
- E1: Overheating - Contact customer service.
- E2: NTC defective - Contact customer service.
- E3: Heater not working - Ensure vents are not clogged, unplug for 5 minutes, then restart. If the issue persists, contact customer service.
