This document provides essential instructions for the assembly, installation, and operation of the Belleze 36" and 42" Fireplace Heater. Always read the full safety information before use. The unit requires two people for assembly and must be properly grounded.
Safety information
- Do not use the heater outdoors or in bathrooms/laundry areas.
- Keep combustible materials (furniture, curtains, etc.) at least 3ft (0.9m) away from the front and sides.
- Do not run the power cord under carpeting or block the firebox.
- The unit has an internal thermostat limiter; if it overheats, unplug it immediately.
- Always unplug the unit when not in use.
Assembly and installation
The unit can be used as a table-top model or wall-mounted.






Table-top assembly
- Attach the table-top supports to the underside of the heater using the provided screws.
- Place the decorative crystals inside the heater.
- Attach the glass front panel and secure it with the provided screws.
Wall mounting
- Remove the mounting bracket from the back of the heater.
- Secure the bracket to the wall using appropriate anchors (not needed if mounting directly to studs).
- Mount the heater onto the bracket.
- Place the decorative crystals inside the heater.
- Attach the glass front panel and secure it with the provided screws.
Operation
The control panel is located on the top right corner. Touch any button to wake the panel. Settings are saved in memory when the unit is turned off (except for the timer).

- Power: Turns the unit ON/OFF.
- Heat: Enables heating (64°F to 82°F / 18°C to 27°C). Hold for 10 seconds to lock/unlock the heat function.
- Flame/Ember Bed: Cycles through color options and rotation modes.
- Brightness: Adjusts the brightness of the flame and ember bed (L1-L5, d1-d5).
- Timer: Sets the timer from 1H to 9H.
Remote control
The remote requires 2 AAA batteries (not included). Use the remote to control power, heat, flame color, ember bed, timer, brightness, and flame speed.
Troubleshooting
- E1: Heater is overheating. Contact customer service.
- E2: NTC is defective. Contact customer service.
- E3: Heat not working. Ensure vents are not clogged, unplug for 5 minutes, then restart.
Maintenance
Always turn off and unplug the unit before cleaning. Allow it to cool down. Use a vacuum or duster to remove dust and a lightly dampened cloth for surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
