This document provides assembly and safety instructions for the Belleze London Fireplace Entertainment Center (Item No. 014-HG-41897). Assembly requires two people and approximately 100 minutes. Always assemble on a soft surface like a carpet or empty carton to prevent scratches. Ensure all parts are present before starting.

Safety and weight limits

• Maximum load for the top panel: 70 lb.
• Maximum load for the storage shelves: 30 lb.
• The unit is designed for flat panel TVs with a maximum width of 75 inches and weight up to 70 lbs.
• Warning: Serious or fatal crushing injuries can occur if furniture tips over. The unit must be permanently fixed to a wall stud using the provided anti-tipping straps.
• Keep small components, plastic bags, and packaging film away from children and pets to avoid choking or suffocation hazards.

Assembly instructions

The assembly process involves 25 steps, including attaching cam bolts, assembling panels, installing the base frame, and mounting the doors. Use a screwdriver and hammer (not included). Install all hardware perpendicular to the opening. Hand-tighten all hardware; do not over-tighten to avoid damaging the MDF material.

Door adjustment

If the door clearance is uneven, use the hinge adjustments:

• Up and down: Loosen screws on the mounting plate.
• In and out: Loosen screws on the hinge arm.
• Side to side: Use the front adjustment screw on the hinge.

Fireplace installation

The fireplace unit must be inserted into the stand from the back. Do not attempt to install it from the front. Secure it in place using the provided L-shaped (R) brackets.

Care and maintenance

• Tighten all bolts and screws within the first 2 weeks of assembly.
• Check bolt tightness every 2 months.
• Clean surfaces with a lightly dampened cloth and mild soap if necessary.
• Dry immediately after cleaning; do not use bleach, alcohol, or wood treatments on MDF.
