This filter pump is designed for use with storable pools only. It must be placed on a solid, level surface at the same level as the pool base. Important: Always perform the air discharging operation before switching the pump on and after every maintenance task to ensure product longevity.
Safety Information
- The pump must be supplied by an isolating transformer or a residual current device (RCD) with a rated residual operating current not exceeding 30 mA.
- The pump plug must be at least 3.50 m away from the pool.
- The pump cannot be used while people are inside the pool.
- Do not use extension cords.
- Always disconnect the appliance from the power supply before assembling, disassembling, or cleaning.
- This product is not intended for commercial use.
Attaching a Base
The EN60335-2-41 standard requires the filter pump to be vertically fixed on the ground or a base made of wood or concrete before use. The base should have two holes 9 mm in diameter, spaced 242 mm apart. Secure the pump to the base using bolts and nuts. The base parts should weigh at least 18 kg to prevent the pump from falling.

Setup Instructions
Choosing the Location: Place the pump on solid, level ground. Positioning it above or below the pool base level can compromise performance.

Assembly: Compare parts with the manual. Use 240 g of Polysphere™ Pool Filtration Balls. Ensure the filter tray is in the proper place before adding the balls. Ensure the gasket is installed properly on the pump before attaching the hose.
Air Discharging Operation: Before switching on the pump, ensure both the pool inlet and outlet are open and fully covered by water. Follow the air discharging steps (as shown in the manual) to remove air from the system.
Maintenance Instructions
- Ensure the pump is unplugged before maintenance.
- Do not use a washing machine to wash Polysphere™ Pool Filtration Balls.
- Hand wash only; if balls remain soiled or discolored, they must be replaced.
- Check the status of the filtration balls weekly and clean them every 4 weeks.
Disassembly & Storage
- Remove all accessories and ensure the pump, hoses, and debris screens are completely clean and dry.
- Remove and dispose of the filter cartridge before storage.
- Disassemble the pump when the ambient temperature is below 10ºC / 50ºF.
- Store in a dry place with a moderate temperature between 10ºC / 50ºF and 38ºC / 100ºF.
