This manual provides installation and maintenance instructions for Bestway Steel Pro, Steel Pro Max, and Power Steel swimming pools. Assembly typically requires 2-3 people and takes approximately 20-30 minutes, excluding filling time. No tools are required for the frame assembly. Always ensure the pool is placed on a level, firm surface and that all safety precautions are followed to prevent accidents.

Site Selection and Preparation

Proper site preparation is critical for the longevity and safety of your pool:

• Surface: Must be perfectly level and firm. Avoid mud, sand, loose soil, or elevated platforms.
• Clearance: Remove all sharp objects, stones, and debris from the area.
• Safety: Ensure there are no overhead power lines or underground utilities. Keep the pool away from house entrances and furniture.
• Drainage: Position the pool near an adequate drainage system to handle potential water overflow.
• Orientation: Ensure the side with water connection A and outlet B is positioned near the power source for the filter system.

Assembly Instructions

Assembly should be performed by 2-3 adults. Do not use tools.

1. Frame Assembly: Connect the top rails (A) and vertical supports (B) according to the specific model configuration provided in the parts list.
2. Liner Placement: Ensure the liner is spread out evenly on the ground.
3. Support Installation: Insert the vertical legs into the frame connectors. Ensure all legs are vertical (90 degrees) to the ground.
4. Filling: Fill the pool with water until it reaches the weld line (approximately 90% capacity). Do not overfill.

Water Maintenance

Maintaining water quality is essential for health and safety:

• Chemicals: Use pool chemicals (chlorine or bromine tablets) in a dispenser. Do not throw chemicals directly into the water as this may damage the liner.
• Testing: Regularly test water chemistry using a test kit.
• Filtration: Use a filter pump to circulate water. Ensure the pump is running regularly.
• Hygiene: Shower before entering the pool to minimize contaminants.

Dismantling and Storage

When the season ends, follow these steps to store your pool:

• Draining: Follow the specific draining instructions provided in the manual to empty the pool safely.
• Cleaning: Wash the liner with tap water to remove all chemical residues and dirt. Allow it to dry completely in the sun.
• Storage: Once completely dry, dust the liner with talcum powder to prevent sticking. Store in a dry place with a temperature between 10°C and 38°C.
