Cleaning the Filters: Remove the dirt tank and the filter assembly. Grasp the filter tabs, turn counter-clockwise to remove the filter from the screen. You may rinse the filter and screen in warm water. Important: The filter and screen must be 100% dry before reuse.

Maintaining the Brush Roll: If the brush roll stops spinning, the LED light will turn solid red. Turn the vacuum OFF and disconnect the foot. Use a coin to turn the brush roll cover lock counter-clockwise to unlock. Remove the cover, clean hair or debris from the brush roll, and reassemble.

Troubleshooting

If the vacuum won't turn on, ensure it is fully charged and you are using the correct charger. If the LED light is solid red, the brush roll is stalled; clear any obstructions. If suction is low, check if the dirt tank is full, filters are dirty, or there is a clog in the foot area.
