Battery Operation
The tool uses Bosch 18V Li-ion batteries. The battery is partially charged upon delivery; charge it fully before first use. The battery features an Electronic Cell Protection (ECP) system to prevent deep discharge. Check the charge level using the button and LEDs on the battery.
Blade Replacement
- Remove the battery.
- Place the saw on the front side of the motor housing.
- Press and hold the spindle lock button.
- Use the hex key to unscrew the clamping bolt.
- Swing the retracting blade guard back and hold it.
- Remove the clamping flange and the saw blade.
- Clean the blade and clamping elements.
- Install the new blade, ensuring the teeth direction matches the arrow on the guard.
- Reinstall the clamping flange and tighten the bolt (6–9 Nm).
Operation
Setting Cutting Depth: Loosen the clamping lever, adjust the saw position relative to the base plate, and retighten the lever.
Setting Miter Angle: Loosen the wing bolts, tilt the saw to the desired angle on the scale, and retighten the bolts.
Dust Extraction: Attach the dust extraction adapter to the chip ejector and secure it with the screw. A 35 mm extraction hose can be connected.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Keep the tool and ventilation slots clean for safe operation. Ensure the retracting blade guard moves freely and closes automatically. Clean resin or glue residue from the blade immediately after use.
