Product Description
The GHO 18V-26 is a cordless planer designed for planing wood-based materials like beams and boards. It features an adjustable cutting depth, a selectable chip ejector, and an integrated parking rest.
Battery Handling
Use only the recommended Bosch 18V Li-ion batteries (GBA 18V or ProCORE18V). Charge the battery using a compatible Bosch charger. The battery charge indicator on the tool signals remaining capacity or overload.
Blade Replacement
Caution: Blades are sharp. Do not touch the cutting edges.

- Turn the blade head until it is parallel to the base plate.
- Loosen the two fastening screws using the hex key stored inside the tool.
- If necessary, loosen the clamping element with a light tap.
- Slide the blade out sideways.
- Insert the new blade, ensuring it is seated correctly in the guide and aligned with the rear base plate edge.
- Tighten the fastening screws securely.
Operation
Setting Cutting Depth: Use the knob to adjust the depth from 0 to 2.6 mm.

Switching On/Off: Press the lock-off switch first, then press and hold the on/off switch. Release the on/off switch to stop.
Planing: Place the front part of the base plate on the workpiece. Apply pressure only to the front when starting. When reaching the end, shift pressure to the rear to prevent tilting.
Chamfering: Use the V-grooves in the front base plate for quick edge chamfering.
Maintenance
Keep the tool and ventilation slots clean. Regularly clean the chip ejector to prevent clogging. Ensure the parking rest moves freely and clean it regularly.
