Device Description

Assembly
Inserting/changing the saw blade: Wear protective gloves when handling the saw blade as it can be sharp and hot. Ensure the saw blade receptacle is free of debris. Press the release lever counterclockwise, insert the blade, and release the lever. Pull the blade to ensure it is securely seated.
Operation
Pendulum action: Switch on for soft/medium materials (wood, plastic) and off for hard materials (steel, sheet metal) using the rotary switch. Stroke rate: Control the stroke rate by varying the pressure on the on/off switch or preselect it using the thumbwheel (1 to 6).
Safety
Always hold the tool by insulated gripping surfaces when cutting near hidden wiring. Ensure the base plate is always resting on the workpiece while sawing to prevent kickback. Do not support the workpiece with your hands or feet.
Maintenance

Common problems
Saw blade is loose
Check that the blade is securely seated in the receptacle by pulling on it.
Tool overheats during low stroke rate work
Remove the saw blade and run the tool at maximum stroke rate for approximately 3 minutes to cool down.
KickBack Control triggered
Release the on/off switch, clear any blockage in the saw blade, and restart the tool.

- Ensure the battery is fully charged.
- Check that the saw blade is sharp and undamaged.
- Verify the base plate is securely clicked into the desired position.
- Ensure the saw blade receptacle is free of debris.
