Safety Instructions

- Operation Safety: Keep hands at least 100 mm away from the saw blade. Never cross hands over the cutting line. Always clamp the workpiece securely.
Assembly


- Workpiece Supports: Insert supports (24) into the openings (47) on the tool or the second support (48).
- Clamping Wheel: Screw the clamping wheel (45) clockwise onto the threaded bolts (49) and tighten.
- Adjustable Fence: Slide the fence (26) into the groove and tighten the locking screw (44).
- Mounting: Secure the tool to a flat, stable work surface using the mounting holes (13) or screw clamps.
Operation


- Transport Safety Lock: To unlock, press the tool arm down slightly, pull the transport safety lock (34) out, and guide the arm up. To lock, pull the arm down and push the lock in.
- Switching On/Off: Slide the lock-off button (5) to the middle, then press and hold the on/off switch (6). Release to switch off.
- Adjusting Angles: Use the locking knob (16) and lever (17) for mitre angles. Use the clamping wheel (45) and locking lever (46) for bevel angles.
- Sawing: Always clamp the workpiece firmly. For wide workpieces, use the slide device (2) by loosening the locking screw (1). For small workpieces, lock the slide device.
Maintenance and Service

- Cleaning: Keep the tool and ventilation slots clean. Regularly remove dust and chips using compressed air or a brush. Clean the guide roller (11) regularly.
- Blade Replacement: Remove the battery before maintenance. Swivel the retracting blade guard (10) back, loosen the hex socket screw (51) while holding the spindle lock (31), remove the flange (52), and replace the blade.
- Laser Adjustment: If the laser deviates, loosen the fastening screw (56) and move the laser housing (57) until the beams are aligned.
