Device Description
The pruner saw is designed for sawing wood such as branches, planks, and wooden beams at ground level. It is not intended for felling trees or cutting mineral materials.
Assembly and Chain Tensioning
- Place the pruner saw on a flat surface.
- Ensure the tensioning wheel (2) is turned fully counter-clockwise.
- Insert the saw chain (12) into the chain bar (13) slot, ensuring the correct running direction (16).
- Place the chain bar (13) on the fastening bolt (17) and loop the chain around the drive sprocket (20).
- Attach the SDS cover (10) and partially secure it with the clamping knob (11).
- Rotate the tensioning wheel (2) clockwise until the chain is partially tensioned.
- Turn the tensioning wheel (2) clockwise (+) until the chain can be lifted approx. 2–3 mm.
- Tighten the clamping knob (11) and fold down the bracket.
Operation
Switching On: Remove the chain cover, insert the battery, hold the saw with both hands, press the lock-off button (4), and then the On/Off switch (8). Release the lock-off button once the chain moves.
Switching Off: Release the On/Off switch (8). Remove the battery and attach the chain cover after use.
Maintenance and Lubrication
The pruner saw is not supplied filled with oil. Fill the oil reservoir with chain saw oil before use. Regularly check the oil level and ensure the automatic oiler is functioning by checking for an oil trail on a light-colored surface.
Safety
- Always hold the saw with both hands.
- Do not operate the saw on a ladder or above shoulder height.
- Be aware of kickback; avoid sawing with the tip of the chain bar.
- Remove the battery before any maintenance or transport.

Check if the battery is discharged, not fully connected, or if the motor protector has activated. Allow the motor to cool if necessary.
