Product Description

The tool is designed for driving and loosening screws and for drilling in wood, metal, and plastic. It features a modular design compatible with various adapters (GFA 12-W, GFA 12-E, GFA 12-X, GFA 12-B).

Assembly

Battery Charging: Use only the chargers listed in the technical data. The battery is supplied partially charged; charge it fully before first use.

Changing the Tool: Remove the battery before any work on the tool. Insert the application tool into the mounting (1). To mount an adapter, insert it into the mounting and turn the locking ring (14) until it clicks.

Operation

Starting: Set the rotational direction switch (6) to the center to prevent accidental starting. Insert the charged battery (5) into the handle.

Torque Selection: Use the torque presetting ring (2) to select the required torque in 15 steps.

Gear Selection: Use the gear selector (3) only when the tool is at a standstill. Gear 1 is for low speed/high torque; Gear 2 is for high speed/low torque.

Maintenance

Keep the tool and ventilation slots clean. If the battery fails, contact an authorized Bosch service center.
