Intended Use
The tool is designed for driving and loosening screws, as well as for drilling in wood, metal, ceramics, and plastic. The GSB model is additionally designed for impact drilling in brick, masonry, and stone.
Operation
Battery: The battery is supplied partially charged. Charge it fully in the charger before first use to ensure full capacity.




Tool Mounting: Ensure the tool is switched off before mounting or changing application tools.
Torque and Mode Selection: Use the torque pre-selection ring to set the desired torque. Use the operating mode selector to switch between drilling and impact drilling (GSB model).
Gear Selection: Use the mechanical gear selector only when the machine is at a complete stop. Always push the gear selector or turn the operating mode selector through to the stop to prevent damage.
Maintenance and Cleaning
For safe and proper working, always keep the machine and ventilation slots clean. Clean the application tool, the tool holder, the power tool's ventilation slots, and the battery's ventilation slots after each use.
Safety Warnings
General: Keep the work area clean and well-lit. Do not operate power tools in explosive atmospheres. Keep children and bystanders away.
Drilling/Screwdriving: Hold the power tool by insulated gripping surfaces when performing operations where the cutting accessory or fastener may contact hidden wiring. Wear ear protectors when impact drilling.
Battery Safety: Do not open the battery. Protect it against heat, continuous sunlight, fire, water, and moisture. In case of damage, ventilate the area and seek medical help if symptoms occur.

Common problems
Switch off the power tool immediately. Be prepared for high reaction torque that can cause kickback. Check if the tool is overloaded or wedged in the workpiece.
