This guide provides essential tips for operating and maintaining your Bosch induction range. Please note that it is normal to see or feel occasional steam or warm air escaping from the oven vents. To prevent overheating, do not block the oven vents.

Oven Operation
To adjust the oven temperature while baking, press Bake followed by the + or - buttons on your display. For delayed baking, use the Bake and Start Time selections on your display (select models only).
The range features a warm zone on the top to keep cooked food at serving temperature. For best results, place hot food in the warm zone and cover it with a lid. When warming pastries or breads, use a cover with an opening to allow moisture to escape. Do not use plastic wrap to cover food, as it may melt onto the cooktop surface.
Bakeware Recommendations
The type of pan used affects food browning:
- For tender, golden brown crusts: Use a light-colored, non-stick, or shiny metal pan.
- For brown, crisp crusts: Use a dark-colored, non-stick, or dull pan, or glass bakeware.
Cleaning and Care
Proper maintenance ensures the longevity of your appliance.

Glass Cooktop Cleaning
- Always ensure the cooktop is cool before cleaning.
- Use glass cooktop cleaner and a paper towel or non-abrasive cleaning pad.
- For heavy cleaning, apply cleaner directly to the area and rub with a non-abrasive pad.
- If residue remains, use a glass cooktop scraper at a low angle (20-30 degrees) to avoid scratching.
- Do not use abrasive cleaners, scouring pads, harsh cleaners, dirty sponges, or dirty cloths.
- Remove plastic or high-sugar spills immediately to avoid damage.
Self Clean Function
The Self Clean function uses high heat to burn off stubborn mess. Select models only.
- Remove all racks, accessories, pots, and pans before starting the cycle.
- We recommend opening a window or using a ventilation fan/hood during the cycle.
- Once complete, wipe away leftover debris.
General Cleaning
- Racks: Clean with soapy water, rinse, and dry.
- Glass Door: Wash with soap and water, then wipe clean.
- Painted/Porcelain Surfaces: Wipe up spills and wash with hot soapy water.
- Stainless Steel: Wipe with a soft cloth and mild, soapy water in the direction of the grain. Use Bosch Stainless Steel Conditioner for extra shine, applying in the direction of the grain. Do not use conditioner on non-steel surfaces, logos, or control markings.
