The Bosch Keo 10.8V is a cordless garden saw designed for both garden and household use. It is specifically intended for cutting branches and can also be used for sawing wood, soft metals (such as copper), and plasterboard. The tool is suitable for both straight and curved cuts.

Safety Instructions
Always read the instruction manual before use. Keep bystanders away from the work area. Remove the battery before performing any adjustments, cleaning, or when leaving the tool unattended. Do not use the tool in the rain and do not use a garden hose to clean it. Always wear eye protection and safety gloves. Keep hands away from the saw blade area.
Starting Operation
Before working on the tool (e.g., maintenance, changing tools, etc.) or during transport and storage, always remove the battery and lock the On/Off switch in the off position. To insert the battery, slide the charged battery into the tool until it is fully fitted. To remove it, press the battery unlocking button and pull the battery out.

Operation
To switch the tool on, first press the lock-off button and then the On/Off switch. The lock-off button can be released once the tool is running. The lock-off button engages again as soon as the tool comes to a complete stop.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Clean the tool and the saw blade mount regularly if material accumulates and hinders movement. Clean the saw blade mount preferably with compressed air or a soft brush. Ensure the saw blade holder remains functional by applying a suitable lubricant. Store the tool in a secure, dry place, out of the reach of children.
Troubleshooting
If the tool fails to operate, check if the battery is discharged and recharge it if necessary. If the tool functions intermittently, the On/Off switch may be defective. Excessive vibrations or noise may indicate a defect in the tool. If the sawing time per battery charge is low, clean the blade holder area, replace a worn saw blade, or ensure the battery is fully charged.
