The Bosch GRW 18V-120 Professional is a cordless mixer designed for mixing powder-based construction materials like mortar, plaster, and adhesives, as well as solvent-free paints and varnishes. Safety first: Always use the auxiliary handle, wear appropriate personal protective equipment (including eye protection and a P2 dust mask), and ensure the mixing container is stable before starting.

Product Description
The mixer features a variable speed control, soft start, constant electronic control, and KickBack Control for user safety. It uses an M14 tool holder for the stirrer paddle.
Assembly

Auxiliary Handle
Before first use, screw the auxiliary handle (11) into the handle element (10). The thread contains a thread-locker that ensures the handle does not loosen during normal operation after a 12-hour drying time.
Extension Piece
A 13 cm extension piece (8) can be attached to the drive spindle (7) to increase the working height for taller users. Tighten it using the provided open-ended spanner (12).
Changing the Tool
Screw the stirrer paddle (13) into the drive spindle (7). Hold the drive spindle with a 22 mm open-ended spanner and tighten the paddle with a second spanner (22 mm or 24 mm).
Operation
Switching On/Off
To start, push the lock-off switch (5) upwards, then press and hold the on/off switch (6). Release the switch to stop.
Adjusting Speed
Speed can be adjusted continuously by varying the pressure on the on/off switch (6) or by using the speed preselection thumbwheel (4).
KickBack Control
This feature provides better control and user protection. If the tool suddenly rotates around the axis of rotation, it will switch off automatically. The LED (1) will flash red. Release and press the on/off switch again to restart.
Maintenance and Cleaning
Always remove the battery before performing any maintenance or tool changes. Keep the tool and ventilation slots clean for safe and efficient operation.
