User Manual for Bright Starts Playful Paradise Vibrating Bouncer

Important Safety Information

WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings can result in serious injury or death.

• Fall Hazard: Never leave the child unattended. Always use the bouncer on the floor. Never use on elevated surfaces. Never lift or carry the baby in the bouncer.
• Suffocation Hazard: Never use on soft surfaces like beds, sofas, or cushions. This product is not for sleep. If the baby falls asleep, move them to a firm, flat sleep surface like a crib or bassinet.
• Usage Limits: Stop using the bouncer when the baby starts trying to sit up or has reached 9 kg (20 lbs), whichever comes first.
• Safety: Always use the restraint system and adjust it to fit snugly. Never attach additional strings or straps.

Assembly Instructions

Adult assembly is required. Ensure all parts are present before beginning.

1. Connect the base frame tubes (1, 2, 3) as shown in the assembly diagrams.
2. Attach the backrest tubes (4, 5) to the base frame.
3. Connect the footrest wire (6) to the frame.
4. Attach the seat pad (8) to the frame.
5. Secure the toy bar (9) to the bouncer.

Battery Installation

The vibration unit requires 1 x C/LR14 (1.5V) alkaline battery (not included).

• Use a screwdriver to open the battery compartment on the vibration unit.
• Insert the battery, ensuring the polarity matches the markings inside the compartment.
• Close the compartment and secure the screw.
• Replace batteries if the vibration function becomes weak or erratic.

Using the Bouncer

The vibration function is designed to calm and soothe the baby.

• Vibration: Slide the ON/OFF switch on the vibration unit to the desired position.
• Restraints: Always secure the baby using the seat restraint buckles. Adjust the straps to ensure a snug fit.

Care and Cleaning

• Seat Pad: Remove from the frame. Fasten all buckles and hook-and-loop patches. Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat.
• Toy Bar and Toys: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Do not immerse in water.
• Frame: Wipe the metal frame with a soft, clean cloth and mild soap.

Storage and Disassembly

To disassemble the bouncer for storage:

• Use a small Phillips screwdriver to depress the release buttons on the inside of each connecting hub.
• Remove the footrest tube and base frame tubes from the hubs.
• Remove batteries before storing the product for a prolonged period.
