The Bright Starts Fancy Fantasy Vibrating Bouncer is designed to soothe infants. Important Safety Warnings: Never leave the child unattended. Use the bouncer only on the floor; never on elevated surfaces, beds, sofas, or soft surfaces. Stop using the bouncer when the baby starts trying to sit up or has reached 9 kg (20 lbs), whichever comes first. This product is not for sleep; if the baby falls asleep, move them to a crib or bassinet immediately.

Adult assembly is required. Ensure all parts are present before beginning. The assembly involves connecting the base frame tubes, backrest tubes, and footrest wire, followed by attaching the seat pad and toy bar.
