The Bright Starts Rainforest Vibes Vibrating Bouncer is designed to soothe infants. Important Safety Warnings:
- Fall Hazard: Never leave the child unattended. Use the bouncer ONLY on the floor. Never use on elevated surfaces.
- Suffocation Hazard: Never use on soft surfaces like beds, sofas, or cushions. This product is not for sleep. If the baby falls asleep, move them to a firm, flat sleep surface like a crib.
- Usage Limits: Stop using the bouncer when the baby starts trying to sit up or reaches 9 kg (20 lb), whichever comes first.
- Transportation: Never lift or carry the baby in the bouncer. Never use the toy bar as a handle.
Assembly Instructions
Adult assembly is required. Ensure all parts are present before beginning.


- Frame Assembly: Connect the base frame tubes (1, 2, 3) as shown in the assembly diagrams. Ensure the locking buttons click into place.
- Backrest Assembly: Attach the backrest tubes (4, 5) to the base frame.
- Footrest: Connect the footrest wire (6) to the base frame hubs.
- Seat Pad: Slide the seat pad (8) onto the frame. Secure the buckles on the seat restraint and seat pad. Fasten all hook-and-loop patches.
- Toy Bar: Attach the toy bar (9) to the frame hubs. Ensure it is securely locked.
Battery Installation
The vibration unit requires (1) size C/LR14 (1.5V) alkaline battery (not included).

- Use a Phillips screwdriver to open the battery compartment on the vibration unit.
- Insert the battery, ensuring the polarity matches the markings inside the compartment.
- Secure the battery cover with the screw.
- Replace batteries if the vibration becomes weak, sound distorts, or lights dim.
Using the Vibration Function
The vibration unit helps calm and soothe the baby.
- Locate the vibration switch on the unit.
- Slide the switch to the ON position to activate vibration.
- Slide the switch to the OFF position to deactivate.
Using the Seat Restraint
Always use the restraint system to keep the baby secure.
- Place the baby in the bouncer.
- Fasten the buckles on the seat restraint.
- Adjust the straps so they fit the baby snugly.
Care and Cleaning
- Seat Pad: Remove from the frame. Fasten all buckles and hook-and-loop patches. Machine wash in cold water on a gentle cycle. Do not bleach. Tumble dry on low heat.
- Toy Bar and Toys: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Air dry. Do not immerse in water.
- Frame: Wipe the metal frame with a soft, clean cloth and mild soap.
Storage and Disassembly
To disassemble for storage, use a small Phillips screwdriver to depress the release buttons on the inside of each connecting hub. Remove the footrest and base frame tubes from the hubs.

Common problems
Check that the battery is installed correctly with the right polarity. Replace with a fresh alkaline C/LR14 battery.
This is a sign of weak batteries. Replace the battery with a new one.
