Getting Started
Charging the Battery
The device has a built-in rechargeable battery. Connect a USB adapter to the DC-in port (6) using the provided cable. The LED (5) will light up red during charging and turn off when fully charged. Charging time is approximately 2-4 hours with a 5V 2A adapter.
Bluetooth Connection
- Turn on the speaker using the power button (9).
- Press the [MODE] button (10) to select Bluetooth mode; the LED (5) will flash blue.
- Enable Bluetooth on your mobile device and search for 'HPG240BT_CAL'.
- Select the device from the list. If prompted, enter the access key '0000'.
- Once paired, you will hear a sound, and the LED will flash slowly.
Playback Modes
USB and Micro SD
Insert a USB stick or Micro SD card into the respective ports. The device will automatically switch to the correct mode and begin playback. Use the track control buttons (8/12) to navigate.
AUX-IN
Connect an external device (e.g., MP3 player) to the AUX-in port (7). The speaker will automatically switch to AUX mode. Note that playback controls on the speaker do not function in this mode.
TWS (True Wireless Stereo) Mode
You can pair two identical HPG 240BT speakers for stereo sound:
- Turn on both speakers and ensure they are in Bluetooth mode.
- Long press the power button (9) on one of the speakers to initiate pairing. You will hear a tone when pairing is successful.
