The Chefman Custom-Temp 1.8L Kettle is designed for rapid boiling and precise temperature control for various beverages. Always ensure the kettle is filled between the MIN (0.5L) and MAX (1.8L) lines before use. The kettle features a tricolour LED ring that indicates heating status.
Product Overview
The kettle includes a drip-free spout with a filter, a removable lid, and a tea infuser. The base is a 360-degree swivel type. The handle stays cool during operation. The control panel allows for temperature selection and starting/stopping the heating process.


Before First Use
To remove manufacturing residue, fill the kettle to the MAX line with plain water. Boil the water, then discard it and rinse the kettle thoroughly.
Operating Instructions
Making Tea:
- Place the base on a flat surface.
- Fill with cold water between MIN and MAX.
- Plug in the unit; it will beep and enter Standby mode.
- Select the desired temperature using the SET TEMP button.
- Press START/STOP to begin heating.
- Add tea to the infuser once the desired temperature is reached.
Heating Water Only: Follow the same steps but leave the tea infuser out.
Advanced Functions
- Keep Warm: Automatically keeps water hot for up to 1 hour after boiling. Lifting the kettle from the base turns this function off.
- Mute: Press and hold the BOIL button for 3 seconds to mute beeps. Repeat to unmute.
Cleaning and Maintenance
Always unplug and cool the kettle before cleaning. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth. Wash the infuser in warm, soapy water. To decalcify, boil a mixture of water and white vinegar, then rinse thoroughly.
