The application supports the following high-level operations:
- Migration: Migrate an existing cluster of Unified Communications servers of source version 10.5 or above to destination version 12.5.x or higher.
- Cluster Operations: Perform operations on existing clusters (12.5 or higher), including upgrading from source version 11.5 or above, switching versions, and restarting the cluster.
- Configuration Changes: Changing IP addresses or hostnames in the cluster on Release 12.5.x or higher.
- Fresh Installs: Perform a fresh install of a new Release 12.5.x or higher Unified Communications cluster.
Important Requirements and Limitations
- Language Support: Cisco Prime Collaboration Deployment does not support internationalization or languages other than English.
- Upgrade Prerequisites: When upgrading to Cisco Prime Collaboration Deployment 15 and later from Pre-14 and SU source releases, you must install the COP file ciscocm.enable-sha512sum-2021-signing-key-v1.0.cop.sgn to validate the ISO file.
Bug Search Tool
You can search for open and resolved caveats using the Cisco Bug Search tool. To access this tool, you need an internet connection, a web browser, and a Cisco.com user ID and password.
- Access the Cisco Bug Search tool at https://bst.cloudapps.cisco.com/bugsearch.
- Log in with your Cisco.com user ID and password.
- To find information about a specific problem, enter the bug ID number in the Search for field and click Go.
