The CLAS OP 0083BL is an automatic air hose reel designed for home, garden, or car washing use. Important: This product is strictly prohibited for use with drinking water, hot air, chemicals, or other substances. For optimal performance, it is recommended to mount the unit approximately 1 meter above the ground. If the hose becomes locked during operation, simply pull it out slightly further to release the locking mechanism.
Product Overview
The package includes the following components:
- 1x Hose reel
- 1x Metal bracket
- 1x 6x10mm Screw
- 4x 6x50mm bolts
Installation
The reel can be installed horizontally or vertically on a cement pillar, cement wall, or steel structure.
- Take out the unit and accessories from the box.
- Choose a suitable location near your water or air source.
- Use the mounting bracket as a template to mark the position for the screws and drill four holes in the wall.
- Fix the bracket securely using the four 6x60mm screws.
- Slide the reel onto the mounting bracket and fasten it using the 1x6x12mm screw.
Note: The reel must be installed horizontally on a wall or post.
Operation
Unwind
Pull the hose out to your desired length. You will hear a "KAKA" sound; stop pulling once you hear this sound to lock the hose in place.
Roll up the hose
To retract the hose, pull it slightly until the locking sound stops, indicating the hose is free. Guide the hose back into the reel box to prevent injury or damage. Turn off the supply switch and loosen the connector to release pressure when finished.
Maintenance and Cleaning
The hose box is maintenance-free. Do not clean the interior with water. When not in use for an extended period, it is recommended to store the unit in a cool, dry place. Always turn off the source of water/air and release pressure from the nozzle when the device is not in use.
Troubleshooting
If the hose becomes locked during the process of retracting or pulling out, pull the hose out further to reset the mechanism, then retry the operation.
